How do I register?

Our online services are only available to registered students. Contact us to register for one of our programs today! Let us know which program you’re interested in or we can recommend a program based on your goals and current abilities. You will be emailed your login information when you are registered on the site by your coach.

Do I need my own equipment?

Yes, all players who attend VHG programming are required to wear all necessary hockey equipment. Hockey helmets must be CSA approved.

Do the programs allow contact?

No, VHG is a non-contact, developmental hockey program. VHG does not permit full body contact in any of its programming, and will not offer any checking or contact clinics during the year.

Are there any program discounts available?

VHG gives discounts for registering multiple children. Learn more on our programs page >

What should I do if I experience flu-like symptoms before/during/after a session?

Please contact us and let us know immediately! We ask that anyone experiencing any flu-like symptoms to self-isolate immediately and follow government guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19.
If you’re going to miss a session due to health concerns please view our policies regarding refunds.

How do I retrieve a lost password for my account?

Can’t get into your account? Click here and fill out the form. A link for you to reset your password will be sent to your email.

How do I change my name, email and password?

You can edit all of your account details from the “Edit Account Details” page and you can access this page at any time via the student dashboard. Remember to click save at the bottom of the form after making any changes to your account.

Why is my personal progress report empty?

Your coach has not published your progress report yet. If you feel that this is in error, please contact your coach to verify your report has been published.
