Hockey Homework (Winter/Summer/Fall)

Take your game to the next level – from the comfort of your home!

VHG has created “Hockey Homework”, an in-home hockey development experience that improves

*** stickhandling fundamentals

*** puck protection

*** conditioning/cardio

*** overall puck skills

Instructor: Nick Abbott (Coach Nick; click name for Nick’s hockey background)

Length of Sessions: Between 20-40 minutes

Requirements: Internet connection/access to Youtube, hockey gloves (optional), hockey stick, hockey ball, open space with flat surface

Program Details: Registered individuals will be notified via e-mail when each video has been uploaded to www.youtube.com/vhghockey . Players will have multiple days to view the videos before the next video goes online and the previous video is removed.

Cost: $150 taxes included for a 12-session membership (1 video per week). $250 taxes included for a 24-session membership (2 videos per week).

Dates: Fall = September to December, Winter = January to April , Summer = June-August
