Hockey Homework (Winter/Summer/Fall)

VHG has created “Hockey Homework”, an in-home hockey development experience that improves

*** stickhandling fundamentals

*** puck protection

*** conditioning/cardio

*** overall puck skills

Instructor: Nick Abbott (Coach Nick; click name for Nick’s hockey background)

Length of Sessions: 25-35 minutes

Requirements: Internet connection/access to Youtube, hockey gloves (optional), hockey stick, hockey ball, open space with flat surface

Program Details: Each term consists of thirty-two (32) online videos per month (8 videos per month for 4 months). There will be three (3) terms (Winter/Summer/Fall). Registered individuals will be notified via e-mail when each video has been uploaded to www.youtube.com/vhghockey . Players will have multiple days to view the videos before the next video goes online and the previous video is removed.

Cost: $400 taxes included per 32-video session term ($100 taxes included per month unless you are a V2 member; contact ap@vhghockey.ca for more details on V2 memberships).
