We have been receiving a very high volume of questions regarding the upcoming Summer ’26 SGST (morning skills) program!
The number one question asked is – are we having morning skills this Summer. The answer – absolutely, yes.
Summer ’26 SGST will begin on Monday, June 29th and will run for nine (9) weeks until the week of August 24th. There will be seventeen (17) different classes to choose from (U11 Male to Prep/College Female we have you covered), Monday through Saturday morning. There will also be private and semi-private options available throughout the Summer for players looking for that type of training. All SGST (morning skills) classes will be held at Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay; Monday-Friday will be 6-9 am, and Saturday morning will be morning but not as early as weekdays.
Winter ’26 SGST (V2 members) will have first opportunity to register for Summer ’26 SGST in mid-February. There will be a 2-week window for players to select their classes. Drop-in members will have their one-week window at the end of February, with general public being made aware of Summer ’26 offerings at the very beginning of March.
“This is the first year that we have ever had to announce Summer morning classes in January” said coach Kavy. “But with shifting market dynamics and people wanting to plan ahead, we have had to push things earlier and will have to continue to do so to remain competitive”.
