Week #1 (Female Skills Camp) June 29 – July 3

This hockey camp will be focused on providing a positive hockey development experience both on and off the ice and strives to create lasting memories as these minor hockey players and goalies challenge themselves in a fun and supportive atmosphere. The idea behind this camp is to give all girls an opportunity to grow their game and gain and/or enhance their confidence in all situations on or off the ice. This camp will focus on a lot of skating, shooting, passing and puck protection fundamentals. Once those areas are covered, we will introduce game philosophies based on those teaching to execute in certain situations.

Camp Details

COST: $559 + tax

· U11: 2016 and 2017

· U13: 2014 and 2015

· Location: Twin Rinks (Blackler Avenue St. John’s)

Number of Days: 4 day camp (Monday-Friday but Canada Day Wednesday is off). Full-day camp.

Week #2 (Hockey-Golf Hybrid Camp) July 6-10

Vision Hockey Group (VHG) are excited to continue one of its first-ever summer camps and that is the marriage of two sports which is hockey and golf. This camp is for the U11, U13 and U15 ages (this upcoming minor hockey season) that allows any participant of any skill (golf or hockey) the opportunity to learn and sharpen skills at both sports. If you are new to the game, no problem we will have equipment covered for you so what an opportunity to learn a new sport in a safe and positive environment.

Camp Details

COST: $699 + tax

· U11: 2016 and 2017

U13: 2014 and 2015

· U15: 2012 and 2013

· On ice location: Twin Rinks (Blackler Avenue St. John’s)

· Golf locations: A combination but not limited to the following, Pitch & Putt, Pippy Park (Captains Hill) and/or Bally Haly (North Course) …. If rained out Riverdale Fun Centre is our option B (golf, bowling and potentially arcade)

· Transportation: Provided, all that is required is drop off and pick up from Twin Rinks.

· Size of groups will be 32 players and 4 goalies (maximum) so we have enough to shot gun a 9 hole course so golf play time is maximized.

· Number of Days: 5 day camp (Monday-Friday). Full-day camp.

Week #3 (U11/13/15 Defensive Tactics Camp #1) July 13-17

Our D Tactics Camp is all about the defenders! The idea behind this camp is to give any player the opportunity to develop their overall game on the defensive side of the puck while coupling that on how to push the offensive from the back end in all 3 zones of the ice. That said, forwards can sign-up for this camp if they wish; it is always good for players to learn how to play all positions on the ice, and to look at things from different perspectives.

Week #4 (U11/13/15 Skating and Game Skills Camp) July 20-24

Camp Details

COST: $699 + tax

Week #5A (U7 Learn To Skate Camp) July 27-31

Vision Hockey Group (VHG) are excited to continue our half day learn to skate “LTS” summer camp for our littlest kiddos! The idea behind this camp is to develop the fundamentals of skating that will set up the kids for the sport of hockey for their upcoming season and hopefully many other seasons as they grow their love for the game.

Camp Details

COST: $349 + tax

· Player eligible if born in these ages *Ages reflect what the player will be playing in 2026-27*

· U7: 2020 and 2021

· Location: Capital Subaru Arena (Hebron Way St. John’s)

·Number of Days: 5 day camp (Monday-Friday). Half-day camp (2 hours on-ice, 1 hour off-ice per day) This camp takes place in the morning

Week #5B (U9 Edges and Puck Touches Camp) July 27-31

The idea behind this camp is to progress with the fundamentals of skating and incorporate more dynamic edgework drills. VHG will couple this with puck skills to enhance the overall skills development and make the camp more FUN!

Imagine going to a hockey camp that is ALL games… well, here it is! VHG is offering a games-only style camp in 2026, one that mimics its popular VHL league games structure.

Week #8 (U11/13/15 SniperSkills Camp #1) August 17-21

Back by popular demand! Vision Hockey Group (VHG) is excited to continue its SniperSkills program in a full-day camp format! The SniperSkills Camp was a huge success last year. The camp focus is puck skills – shooting, passing, puck protection, and more!

*** Summer ’26 Camp deposits are $300 for full-day camps and $150 for half day camps. These deposits are non-refundable (players receive in-house credit if they cancel after the deposit is taken out)
