Before we focus on the 2007 QMJHL Draft Class, VHG would like to congratulate Matty Butler on signing with the Charlottetown Islanders. Press release here. This is a great signing for the Isles, who drafted Butler with their 5th round selection in the 2022 QMJHL Draft last Summer. Butler was a standout in Minnesota for the renowned Shattuck St. Mary’s program in 2022-23, racking up a point-per-game and playing his usual 200-foot game.
